...but it's in a shared calendar, not my own. So when I go to the Export
dialog box and I'm given a list of available folders, the shared calendar
isn't there. Since I can't log in as that resource (it's a training room) how
can I export the full list of each occurrence?

Thanks!

There is no list of recurrences, just a single instance with a recurrence pattern.

Thank you for your prompt reply.  In doing my research, I saw a posted reply
that said it is possible to export individual instances of a recurring
appointment if the Export feature is used. So, my question was 'can I do this
on a Calendar that isn't my own?'

Thanks in advance.

you have to export to a csv or excel file to see recurrences.

whose calendar is it? you'll need to log into that acct if it’s a mailbox.
