How can I create new calendar labels in Outlook?

I simply want to personnalize my appointments in Outlook.

there is no such thing as "labels" for appointments built into Outlook. You
can add appts to categories but that is more a functional thing. Outlook
2007 has colored Categories.

Version?  you can't add more labels, only change the names of the current
labels.
