New Meeting/Appt sends to everyone.

If someone has a meeting/appt that they are creating and they click the
"Invite Attendees" button then they click "To..." and just select one person
from the Distribution List and send it everyone on the DL get the email.

How do we stop that?

what version?

how are they selecting "just one person from the DL?"

why don't they select just one person from the Global Address List or
Contacts?

Since you can't see the contents of a DL in the address book, what you
describe is puzzling.  Are you saying, instead, than everyone in the address
book gets a copy?
