Hi, does anyone know how I can send a copy of my appointments/meetings
to peoples calendars without inviting them to the event? is there a
notification button i am missing?

my boss needs to know where / what im up to and we cannot share our
diaries due to the network set up (we are on personal folders here,
not mail boxes)

if I add him as optional and he accepts - his diary shows that he is
busy, when its my appointment and he is free.

any idea's???

thanks
Ria
