I am unable to print my monthly and weekly calendars without Sat/Sun being
compressed.  I would like Sunday to show first and Sat to be last.  I have
unchecked
"compress Sat/Sun" box under tools.  And while on-screen Sunday is shown
first, when I go to print, Sat/Sun are compressed.  What am I missing??

Thanks in advance!

I don't beleieve there's any way to do that.  Printing those views will
always show compressed weekends.  You should try one of the Word calendar
templates here: http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp
