Outlook 2003 is automatically deleting all of my entries in "Calendar" that
are older than 2 month old. I want to keep them for as far back as a year to
refer back to them. I can't seem to find any setting in the program to turn
off or change the time duration of this feature. If anyone knows how, I would
surely appreciate your help in telling me how. Thanks...

No need to post more than once.

Examine your autoarchive settings for that folder.

Thank you Brian for the response. I thought I messed up in the setup
process, so I ended up posting twice.

I tried modifying the autoarchive settings: Tools>Options>Other>Autoarchive,
but these settings seem only to apply to mailbox entries and not Calendar. Am
I mistaken?

They apply to all of your folders.  If autoarchive is enabled there, then
right-click your Calendar folder, choose Properties, and select the
AutoArchive tab.  Turn off autoarchiving for the Calendar there.
