I am using Microsoft Outlook personal folders on my laptop
computer.  Whenever I send and receive items from the
Exchange Server, I get duplication of certain items, as
though it is copying things from my laptop back to the
server.  Every time I do this, I then have to go back and
delete the duplicate items.  Not every item duplicates.

Any suggestions???

You'll have to explain in more detail what you're doing. If you have Exchange, why are you using Personal Folders? And where are these duplicates appearing?

I have a laptop computer that I travel with.  I have set
up my personal folders on the laptop so I can download e-
mail and calendar and work on e-mail while I am on plane.
E-mail works fine, but when I do send and receive to the
exchange server, I get duplicates of some calendar
entries.  This is a VA government system, and don't know
how to set it up to go directly to that exchange server -
I am not sure it is even possible to do so.
