Is there an easy way to merge calendars in Outlook? I have 2 calendars in my
Outlook one with events for different groups I oversee. I want to have one
calendar where they all appear, but still have the others for printing that
only have their specific events.
Any Ideas?

switch to a table view (by category works well) and  Select All the itemsi n
the second calendar and drag them to the first. Before printing, create a
view that filters out the items you don't want to include in the print out.
