print location schedule

I want to a calendar/ schedule for 8 stores that have people float between
locations.  I would like to have a schedule for that employee and also a
master schedule for that store.  I am using Outlook 2000.  Any Help?

is upgrading to outlook 2007 an option? it will handle it better.
