MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / October 2007Cannot turn off the reminder. HELP!!!
When I open Outlook 2007 a message pops up about a reminder. When I try to click snooze or dismiss I get the error message "Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded again. Cannot locate recurrence information for this appointment." This message come up everytime I open Outlook. How do I get rid of it??? You can try starting Outlook once with the /cleanreminders command line switch. I got this from another thread and it worked for me. Try this: Display your calendar in a Recurrence view.
