Outlook to Treo - Date expansion

When syncing Treo to Outlook, it takes some (not all) currently scheduled
events and add a day to them.  For example, an all day event scheduled for
Saturday, Sept. 8th becomes a 2 day event for Friday and Saturday.  For the
dates this has happened to, it always adds to the day before.

Is this and Outlook or Treo issue?  Any suggestions?

This looks like a mismatch in the Daylight Saving Time settings between
Outlook and the Treo.

I don't have a Treo, so don't know for sure.  However, I seem to remember
reading that it's a Windows Mobile device, so maybe this will help:
