I'm missing the Outlook iTunes Sync add-in from my COM Add-Ins. I
think I need this to enable some features when syncing my iPhone to
Outlook through iTunes. Anyone have an idea of where to get the dll
for this plugin or some way to get it to show up?

Click Help>About>Disabled Items.  Does it show there?

No. "There are no disabled items." I'm using Outlook 2003 if that
helps.

Yes I did. No change: plugin still missing, still no disabled items.

Then I would check the Apple forums for a hint.
