In a Win2k environment, I have one user who cannot see
his appointments in his calendar using Outlook 2002.  He
can see them when viewing with OWA.  Have changed his
view from weekly to daily to monthly and still see no
appointments.

Any idea what setting would allow him to see his calendar
entries?

Try opening Outlook using the ".../CleanViews" switch. The
link below will give you the instructions on how to use it.
