In Outlook Calendar I'm trying to add numbers (1-10) to my repeated
appointments without having to do it manually. I'd also like to be able to
put holidays/vactions in there so that numbers aren't deleated.
Any if/how this is possible?

Since recurrent appointments are single items in your calendar, with all of
the recurrences calculated from the base entry and not really separate
entries in the calendar, I think you'll have to use separate entries for
each appointment if you want to display a cardinal number in the appointment
data. In other words, I think you have no choice but to do it manually.
