Had my system time changed from Central to Eastern time last week. When I
opened my Outlook calendar my all day appts. scattered across two days vs
one. I am making the assumption the time change had something to do with my
calendar problems. Help?

Try this:
- Set your time zone to your original time zone
- Export your Calendar folder to a CSV file
- Remove all the appointments/events from your calendar
- Change the time zone to the one you want
- Import from the CSV file
