Hi,

Anyone know of a tutorial for setting up shared calendars under Exchange
2003/Outlook 2003.  Just migrated to Exchange 2003 this weekend, and would
like to share calendars, as well as set up a calendar for "Conference Room"
where folks can go in and schedule use of the conference rooms.  Just not
sure where to start.

Thanks,

Mike

Define how you want to "set up shared calendars" - is this to be universal or person by person?

Thanks for the  response Milly.  To answer your question, I'm not sure.
Probably a mix of both, person to person and universal, depending on what the
managers want to see/do.  Now that I have exchange running, I will work on
that part.

I will check out the link below.  One other thing is that I would like to
set up a calendar for a conference room, can I do that, so folks can see it's
schedule online and schedule it for use?  Do I have to create a domain user
account to do this?

Thanks,

Mike

Read the information at the link I posted and then come back to post any follow-up questions you might have.  The web pages pretty much cover all possibilities.
