Hi.  Can I just print one category of appointments in Outlook 2003 (i.e. one
color of appointments)?  I only see the option to print a blank calendar or
all appointments.  Can I temporarily hide some categories of appointments?

Thanks,
Jess

Use the advanced filtering options to display your selected category and then print.
