We use Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server.
We have 10 meeting rooms with different capacities. I want to be able to
book a meeting and to choose a room - if that one isn't free then can Outlook
suggest another room (bearing in mind different capacities). What's the best
way of doing this without it being hard work?
We also book catering (food for meetings) and wondered whether we could use
Outlook to manage this side of things too. Any ideas gratefully received.
Thanks, Anita
