I want to delete ALL appointments, etc., in my Calendar . . . clear it out
completely . . . so I can update it anew from my PDA. (Outlook 2003)

Is there a way to clear ONLY the contents of my Calendar, and not my Contacts?

Help please.

Click the Calendar folder.  Change its View to By Category so you now see it
as a table of data.  Select all. Delete.

Calendar and Contacts are 2 separate folders.

Judy,

Thank you so much!

That was so helpful.  I never knew you could do that.

Thanks again! :-)
