MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / September 2007old appointments
Some users want to go back to 2006 appointments but they claim that their calendars are wiped clean from September 2006 back. I checked my calendar and mine is not clean, it has my appointments there. Is this adjustable by users or admin and where it is? Is anything I can do for those users to let them see the old appointments? Thank you. Do these users use Auto-Archiving and deletion? That could be why the appointments are no longer on their calendars.
