I work for a company whose financial year starts in April.  Is it possible to
customize week numbers to reflect this?

Naturally I have seen that there is some flexibility for week numbers
starting around January 1.

It would be nice to have this so that Calendar week numbers synch up with my
company's week numbers.

Thanks!

PS We're a retail business so years and months don't necessarily always
start on the 1st

No, Outlook will only let you customize the first week of the year for counting weeks, there is no option for fiscal year or federal fiscal year counts.
