Using Outlook 2003
Let's say I set up a meeting request and I send the request to all the
attendees.  After I send the request, I decide to cancel the meeting.  When I
do this, the meeting is removed from everyone’s calendar and mine as well.
Is there a way to have it display in my calendar as being cancelled on that
given day and time, so I at least know that a meeting was scheduled?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Karen

No.  Just create a meeting for yourself and notate it as "canceled".
