How do I ensure color consistency of catagories in shared calenda.

When sharing a calendar from 2007 Outlook with another Outlook user with an
earlier version of Outlook, the catagory colors are different between us.

Coloring is user specific - your red=important may be my red=manager.

Additionally to Milly, OL < 07 doesn't support colored categories.
