In order to manage my email I have a rule that is set up to move all email
directly into my offline folder.

My problem is ....
I now accept meetings and the go into my offline calendar. I was wondering
if I could force all accepted caledar items be saved into the Calendar on the
Exchange server

Create a rule that moves only items using the Messages form. Leave
everything else in Exchange.
