All meeting requests are sent to the delegates (not the user).  The delegates
are the users secretaries.  My question is when the delegates open the
meeting request to view it, at that time the appointment shows up in the
users calander as tentative.  The delegates do not want the appointment to
show up in the users calander until after they have accepted or denied it.
Is this possible?  How do I set this up if it is?

Thanks for your time.

I don't think it's possible.
