How do I add "all day events" to the To-Do Bar in Outlook?

I like the calendar and to-do Bar in Outlook 2007, especially that my
calendared events show up below the calendar.  But my "all day events" do no
show up.  How do I add them?

I think you need to wait for Office 2007 SP1 (I thought I remember reading
that it may be in there).

Was this released?  I am still not seeing my all day events in to To Do Bar

SP1?  As far as I know, it's still in beta.
