Distributing Company Events via Outlook

We use a meeting request to get company holidays and events on people's
calendar. These are events that have a stop and start time--not an all day
event. We're looking for an easier way to send these out en masse. I came
across this site: http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/holiday.htm but couldn't
get it to work correctly. Everything works correct up to the point where the
user opens the email I send. There is no "Add Holidays" button embedded in
the final email the user gets. I see the % delimited text in the body of the
message but no button.

Is the above solution supposed to work in Outlook 2003? I tried using HTML
and Rich Text to no avail. Email editor is set to Word. Any help is
appreciated. TIA.

As a follow up I should say I've set Security to Low but that didn't help
either.

After you've created your .hol file, just double-click it.  It works for me.

The solution I referred to is not the .hol file solution. That works fine for
getting holidays in that show at the top of the daily calendar. The solution
I refer to inserts timed duration events into the calendar. This helps
immensely because those items then show up in Free/Busy where the typical
holiday does not. Thanks.

I get it.  If I have time, I'll try it as well to see if I see what you see.

I got it to work. The key was to create an Orginizational Library and publish
the form there, rather than to the public folder I was using. It works like a
charm. Thanks for your help.

Clearly, you solved the problem yourself without my help, and I'm glad.
