Missing Appointments

One of our users is having a problem.  In his calendar. SIngle entry items
from August back are  gone. Our exchange server is set to hold things for a
year.  His Archive was not turned on.  Any Ideas?  Thank You for Any help you
can provide.

Milly,

I checked the views and the filters, there  was nothing applied.  I reset
and cleared each.   It only drops the previous months entries.  Septembers is
all there.  Only reaccuring items are left in the previous months.

Those symptoms match exactly what one would see if autoarchive is active.
Are you sure?  Right-click the calendar and choose Properties, then the
AutoArchive tab.  Which radio button is selected?
