i'm talking about the actual appointment that shows up withing the calendar
grid under a certain date. THe time displays first. I wondered if there
were customized settings so Subject shows first, then time
what do you mean about nav or to do bar?

i'm talking about office 2007 in outlook in the calendar:
In the calendar grid under specific date when the appointment is displayed,
the time shows first and not much of subject shows. Can this be customized?
Can someone please answer this question?
