In our office we have shared calendars that everyone can see.
Does anyone know if there is a way of adding reminders in a shared calendar
so that the reminder pops up on everyone's computer who has access to that
calendar?

Hi Rachael,
Outlook can not remind you from "Public§ or shared folders.
Have a look on this site for 3rd party tools:

Maybe it helps.

the only way to do that in outlook is by sending them meeting requests. if
the calendar is in a public folder, reminder manager (www.slovaktech.com)
will work.
