MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / September 2007Calendar entiries missing when filtering is off, but ok in OWA
I have a customer with Exchange Server 2003 with SP2 The clients was before mixed Outlook 2003 with different 11.x version. All clients is now upgraded to Outlook 2007 version 12.0.4518.1014 AutoArchive is turned OFF, and CDO.DLL is the same. Some calendar appointments are missing when filter is off. But in OWA they are always ok, and also on clients using filter set to: words containing "a;b;c;d;e;f;g;h;i;j;k;l;m;n;o;p;q;r;s;t;u;v;w;x;y;z;æ;ø;å;A;B;C;D;E;F;G;H;I;J;K;L;M;N;O;P;Q;R;S;T;U;V;W;X;Y;Z;Æ;Ø;Å;0;1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9" Also export of calendar with or without filter does NOT contain missing entries. have you tried resetting the view? Thanks for reply. outlook.exe /cleanviews is resetting the view and removing filters. but the few disapearing calendar appointments is then not there. ONLY when enabling filter i can se the "hidden" appointments. Export or copying "Calendar" will not take the "hidden" appointments either.
