We are running Outlook 2003.  We have a calendar that we all share.  Several
users have an Author permission.  Only one person has the Owner permission.
For some reasons, all the appointments on the calendar disappear.  Can you
think of any reasons why the appointments on this calendar disappear?
Please let me know if you need additional information.

Thanks.

Are they old or current appointments?

I did not ask this question.  I will find out and get back to you.   If
someone is using a blackberry or PDA, will it cause the calendar
appointments to disappear?  If it does, is there a way to avoid it?  Thanks.

One person was using a Blackberry to access the calendar.  Does it cause a
problem for the calendar appointments to disappear?  Thanks.
