How do I set up a repeating meeting in Outlook?

I want to set up appointments that happen twice a week, but on any given day.
Do I have to manual input each appointment? The appointment is for the same
thing each time. I am on a network server, using Outlook 2003.

Same day each week for each appt? like, every Tuesday and Thursday. You'd
only need 2 recurring Appts for that.
