I have six managers I would like to export their shared folders to excel so I
can consolidate the information into one report. I cannot seem to export any
calendar except my own. Using Outlook 2003 on exchange server. Any thoughts?

Thank you Diane for the help however I do not follow you. How do I get a
calendar to a table view? Appreciate more enlightenment.

look on the view menu - by category is the best well known table view but
most of the other predefined views are also tables. You  may want to create
a custom view with the fields you need.
