I have an admin who supports 2 people. She has their calendars listed in her
Outlook (2003) however when she closes out of Outlook and then reopens they
are still listed, but she has to select the check box to view them. Is there
any way to avoid having to check the box?

Hi MT,

you could try our freeware addin for Outlook "Public Calendar Choice for
Outlook" which save a default setting of the "check boxes".

The tool is also available on "Microsoft Office Marketplace"

"Add-In that save a choice of calendars in Outlook "

Maybe it helps
