How can I convert Outlook calendars to vCal formats?

I have a Samsung cellphone that only accepts vCal formats for the OBEX
procedures. Outlook is capable of utilizing the vCard format for relaying
contacts via bluetooth, but I have been unable to find any method of
converting .ics or .vcs. Any help would be appreciated.

There may be third-party tools that will export the Outlook calendar in the
format you want. Did you try Google?

I'm using Outlook 2007. And yes, I tried going through google in an effort
to find export options. I've searched online for third party tools and have
been unable to find anything that gives me exactly what I need.
