Clean up Cancelled Appointments

I have a Direct Booked resource mailbox that does not remove cancelled
appointments from its calendar.  This resource un-attended and I would like
to find a way to removed them automatically.

I tried using the Auto Accept agent instead of Direct Booking. This dose
remove cancelled appointments, but does not provide instant feedback of a
busy period before sending the invitation.  The Direct Booking method will
prevent a invitation from being sent to all others until the resource is
free.  This user experience cannot be changed at my company...so, I need to
continue with Direct Booking.

Is there a automatic or scripted way to removed Cancelled events on a
resource calendar?

Hi Mark,

I am experiencing exactly the same problem with our resources in exchange. Did you already find an answer to your problem? I would very much appreciate any help!

The biggest problem here is that the resource still thinks it's booked although the event has been cancelled.

Best regards,
Marc

No Replies to this yet...  I may use a Microsoft ticket to solve this..
