i am using outlook 2003 and i'd like to load the public holidays of another
country for 2008 or later?

You can try here but it might only have US holidays:

If it only has US holidays then maybe try an Outlook group in the same
language as the holidays you want to add. That's assuming you can read it.

the list there is the same one available from MS for Outlook 2002, so it
contains the full list of countries (and religions) that is in the original
holiday list.
