My boss is going on a trip and I would like to print out just the 4 days that
he will be gone and all the appointments that occur on those days.  I would
like to print them on 1 page.  The only option that I can find is to print 1
day or 1 week.

Which version of Outlook?
If using Outlook 2007 try the Calendar Printing Assistant available as a
free download from Office Online.
If not using Outlook 2007 try

I use the Calendar Details format to print out specific days for my
trips:
 -  Open the calendar
 -  Go to File / Print...
 -  Under "Print style", scroll down and select "Calendar Details
Style"
 -  Under "Print range", put in the first and last day of the trip
 -  Click the "Preview" button to see what it will look like.

Hope this helps.
