Sometimes when I schedule an all day appointment, it will change to a 2 day
event.  I'm using Outllook 2003.  There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or
reason to this.  Also, if I have an all day event scheduled on my calendar
and share that calendar with someone else, the all day event will appear as a
2 day event for them.

Does anyone know how to fix this.

Generally caused by a mismatch in the timezone/DST settings between
Outlook's Calendar and the Windows clock.  If it happens on a shared
calendar, I'd suspect the PC of the person sharing it.
