Ok this is my second post, but I am DESPERATE. In outlook 2007 I open
several calendar's that I have rights to by using the "Open a Shared
Calendar", I like to also create a new group to sort them by. However, a few
times every week outlook drops them all and I have to start over opening all
the calendars. is there ANY way around this? I have tried the "Calendar
Choice" link that someone sent me ealier but that only locks up my outlook.
Any help would be VERY appreciative.
Are you losing all shortcuts in the navigation (favorite folders etc) along
with the calendar? If so, outlook is overwriting the navigation pane now and
again. Outlook not closing properly is one cause... are you using any
addins?

I am not losing my folders, just the shortcuts to other people's calendar. I
have looked at the possiblity of Outlook not closing properly and that
doesn't seem to be the case, sometimes the list just disapeers even when I've
toggled between my inbox & calendar. No addins
