Office 2003 SP3 - allow calendar overlaying?

Does the Office 2003 SP3 fix the calendar overlaying issue?
or is it still side-by-side only?

Outlook 2003 never supported overlays so there is nothing to "fix". you'll
need to upgrade to 2007 if you need overlays.
