Is there an easier way to send an update to those respondents who did not
respond to a meeting request without having to create an email requesting an
"accept, decline, or tentative"?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.  

After furious head scratching, Val asked:
