I am using Outlook 2003 and have all my reminders appearing in the same
pop-up box.  I know it is a new feature, but I don't like it.  I liked the
old version where you got 1 pop-up for each reminder.

Is there an option to revert to the old system of multiple pop-ups without
changing the software you are using?

No.  The combined reminder window is the only one available from Outlook
2003 on.
