Is there a way to set a non-patterned reoccurring meeting in Outlook?  Many
of our meetings reoccur monthly, but not always on the first Monday or second
Thursday.  Is there a way to pick a date for each month that doesn't follow a
pattern?

not and have it recur - you need a pattern.

http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.asp - try ws repeat appointment in
the tools list.
