I would like to setup a public calendar for my group that will display everyone's meetings on one calendar. Currently we have a public calender that everyone has to copy their meetings onto, and then go back and update both if anything changes. Any ideas? You're already taking that I believe to be the best approach. You can buy software to sync the individuals' calendars with the public folder calendar, but absent that, it's a matter of discipline. You can set one up with your team on it and have almost instant access anytime - no duplication, nothing missing, no double handling. But the team members that have been added do not show the details when they open it, they can only see free/busy for everyone else. Each of us can see the details of our own schedule, but not anyone elses, and none of them are set to private. Is there an option to change this? When a team uses Outlook and Exchange, the Group Schedules will enbale them to see each other's Free/Busy data. They will also see the details of their own meetings (as they have Permission to do so). To see details of other people's meetings they will need to give each team member Permission to their Calendar. With Permissions given, what happens is that all meetings, apart from those marked Private, are now able to be seen by the whole team. I hope that clarifies how it works.
