Can I Open a shared calendar in Outlook web access, I am using Exchange 2003?

How do open it in OWA when you have rights to it?
Only if you have rights to that mailbox.

type the other persons name at the end of the url after you log in.
i.e. the log in for their calendar is
/sharing_user@domain.com/calendar

If the url to your owa is
https://owa.yourdomain.com/exchange
the url would be
https://owa.yourdomain.com/exchange/sharing_user@domain.com/calendar

remove the /sharing_user@domain.com/calendar part to return to your mailbox.
