Hi,

Because I suffer from short term memory problems, I rely very heavily on
MSOutlook Calendar to keep me alert to activities that I should be aware of
each day.   What I need to be able to do is have each and every calendar
appointment recorded in the Journal so that I have a visual representation at
the end of any given period of what my activities have been.    In other
words, if I put it in the Calendar then I want it to appear in the journal
too.

Can anyone help me to do this please?

Thank you

Only manually I think unless you use Meetings instead of appointments.
Would a timeline view of the Calendar suffice? You can set that view up
yourself - define views ......
