Is there a way in Outlook 2003 or 2007 to set up a meeting that is NOT
recurring, but add a date?

For example, I create a meeting for Monday October 29 and I would like to
have the same meeting on Friday November 2nd (maybe at the same time, maybe
not).  I don't want to duplicate, I want to add more then one date when
making the meeting request......

Click on the current date in the Date Navigator, then Ctrl-click the second
date.  The two days will display side-by-side.  You can right-click and drag
the appointment to the new date and time, selecting Copy when you release
the button.
