When I print monthly calendars, the long range events only show up during the
first week of the event. Even though they show up in monthly view on screen,
they don't print. How can i print the full date range of an event?
Also, when i have several events stacked up on the same day, I can't see
more than 3 of them on the screen or print them. Can I adjust the size of
the date panes in the monthly view?

There are printing issues with 2007 - see
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for calendar printing
assistant or other 3rd party tools that may fix. SP1 will fix some
problems - if yours print on the margin at the end of the first week, its
one of the things fixed in sp1.
The number of on-screen events you'll see is controlled by the size of the
Calendar window. You can make it bigger by closing toolbars or use a two
week view (http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/2wk_cal.htm).
